Wrong Size? If its our fault and we shipped a size different from what you ordered please let us know as soon as possible.
Getting your ring sized correctly is not our responsibility, its up to you to determine the very best size by visiting a local jewelry store or we offer a low cost ring sizing set, it comes with a coupon code to cover its cost if you order a ring, and are happy to help answer any questions. That being said, we CANNOT refund any order for the following reasons; errors in sizing or width on YOUR part, changed your mind, decided you don't like it, stopped seeing the person you were giving it to, and any other reason we feel fits the "not our fault" category. Sorry, but rings are VERY difficult to resize much less resell after being made to your specifications. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE A REFUND, THERE IS A 75% RESTOCKING FEE, PERIOD. ANY REMAINING REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONCE THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED BACK AT EARTH CHUNKS AND HAS BEEN INSPECTED. I realize this seems harsh but in the first 5 months of 2018 I issued over $3000 in refunds due to the customers incorrectly GUESSING their ring size so I decided to change my policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the repair or replacement of your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75 to us, you should be using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use tracked shipping.
